How we use data

Last updated: May 2026

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use this site — which pages are read most, how people find us, and where they drop off. This helps us improve the content and user experience.

GA4 collects anonymised data including page views, session duration, referral source, and device type. We do not enable advertising features or cross-site tracking.

Consent & opt-out

On your first visit, a small banner gives you the choice to accept or decline analytics. Your choice is saved in your browser's local storage. If you decline, no analytics data is collected.

To change your choice, clear your browser's local storage for this site (or use your browser's developer tools to remove the mm_analytics_consent key), then reload the page.

You can also opt out globally using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on .

Data we don't collect

We do not collect personally identifiable information through analytics. We do not sell, share, or trade any visitor data with third parties for advertising purposes.

Contact & forms

When you submit the contact form or subscribe to the Weekly Briefing, we collect your name and email address to respond to your inquiry or send the newsletter. We use Resend to deliver emails. We do not share this information with any other party.
