Market entry

Enter a new market with a message you've already tested.

We help companies that have proven themselves at home win their first customers abroad: positioning that works for local buyers, channels that reach them, and a live test before the main budget follows. We bring European companies into the US, and take US companies into the UK and Europe. Our team has worked on both sides of the Atlantic for more than 20 years, and works in English, German and French.

Why it's hard

What worked at home rarely carries over intact.

Your proof is local.

Logos and case studies from your home market mean little to a buyer who has never heard of them.

Your message was written for other buyers.

The category, the pain and even the words people use change between markets.

The budget won't survive a wrong turn.

A wrong channel or message burns money and teaches you nothing.

Translation is the cheap part now.

Language models translate well now. Deciding what to say differently is where entries succeed or stall.

How we run it

Listen. Test. Then scale.

  1. 01

    Listen.

We analyze your own sales calls, demos and customer conversations to see how buyers describe the problem, then interview buyers in the new market.

  2. 02

    Position.

We adapt positioning and messaging for local buyers, and transcreate rather than translate, so the message reads as if it was written there.

  3. 03

    Test.

A small paid pilot puts competing messages in front of real buyers, with lead tracking wired up before the first click. A few thousand in spend answers questions that months of desk research can't.

  4. 04

    Build the engine.

Channels that reach the right companies, the associations and communities in your vertical, account-based outreach, and the CRM and lead scoring to handle what comes in.

  5. 05

    Land lighthouse customers.

A fixed-scope pilot on favorable terms, in exchange for reference rights, turns early pipeline into your first local logos, which every other channel can then point to.

Proof

A US entry, tested in ten weeks.

A Swiss ecommerce company needed a US strategy it could only afford to get right once. We built it from its own recorded sales conversations, then tested four messaging angles in a ten-week paid pilot on €7,050.

  • 30 of 32 leads came from one messaging angle, which settled an internal debate with data
  • 12% of second-round clicks ran the product demo
  • €7,050 total pilot spend, with lead delivery tracked end to end

The company carried that into the next phase of its US work and expanded the engagement. Read the case study →

Language and localization

Fifteen years in language and localization.

Our team has spent about fifteen years in the language and localization industry, including running US operations for a European language technology company and leading go-to-market for one of the first fully agentic AI translation systems through its 2025 acquisition. We work in English, German and French, and everything we build can ship in your buyers' languages. We are currently building a client website that launches in six languages, including Chinese and Japanese.
